The Beginning of the End…!

Till date people believe that Mayans are the best in astrology based on their accurate predictions and future analysis. Along with the demise of their civilization, infinite amount of their predictions too got buried and only a fraction of it is now being brought to light by the present archeologists. Based on those little data from the ruins of their civilization huge amount of prophecies and predictions are created. My researches are still carried out to understand the messages they have left behind. Scientists struggle a lot to understand exactly what they have said regarding the end of earth.

In this situation, many angles of messages come out regarding the Earth’s end. People have created many prophecies and theories to state that our earth will come to an end by 2012. The current calendar cycle began in 3114BC and will end on 21 December 20121. The Maya saw 2012 as being a period of transformation to a higher human cycle, but not the end of the world. The calendar tracks the purpose and manifestation of creation, which is a Divine Plan.2 Jose Arguelles says the calendar is also a galactic gauge that shows our relation to the galactic community of intelligence.3 These are a broadening and deepening of our consciousness, which is part of the Plan. By focusing on this development we help create it through our own inner and outer progress. As we develop the progress accelerates, hence the decreasing calendar periods.

According to the Mayan calendar, we are now in the end period of a long evolution of life and human capability. These final years till 2012 are an opportunity for great psychological and spiritual transformation. However, it is not inevitable as it requires our cooperation and effort (e.g. focus, alignment, commitment, oneness, love). Not everyone will reach the heights of enlightenment, due to different stages of development. What is possible is the creation of “a new heaven and a new earth”. In this transformation, the hand of Shiva may destroy the old in order to release the power of new creation. Hodell, a researcher adds that during the 9^th century, the Mayans civilization had faced drought for more than 150 years which would have resulted in their extinct.

The methods and the ways they use to predict the future in still considered to be highly complex to be understood. They were the first to analyze the earth’s cycle relating to the solar system. Based on those researches they created the earth’s calendar, which says the cycle of 206 years will take a new phase in 2012.

Since the existence of the human mankind, there has never been a date so significant. Almost the entire world says that the earth will come to an end by 2012. Astrologers and scientists show infinite proofs and related data to revel the truth about this date, but still it is in the dark. History of many ancient civilizations shows very clearly that this earth will last only till 2012.

The first ever to produce this statement is the Mayans. The Mayan civilization is believed to be originated in the Yucatán Peninsula about 2600 BC and lasted till 1300 AD. They strongly say that a transition will happen on Dec 21 2012, it can be either a peaceful evolution or a violent dramatic change, which depends on the current mankind.
